Introduction to BioCyc

Come learn to work with BioCyc: a collection of Pathway Genome Databases (PGDBs) that provides information on genomes and metabolic pathways for thousands of organisms.

This one hour workshop will provide an introduction to BioCyc and showcase the database’s features. In addition, there will be an interactive demo that complements the overview.
