On Wednesday April 22nd, Penn Libraries, Campus Health, and Penn Nursing held its first ever virtual #WellnessWednesday Workshop, in honor of Earth Day. This event was originally scheduled to be held in the Biomedical Library Relaxation Room and moved to a virtual environment, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was wonderful that students, staff, and faculty meditated together to become grounded with the Earth.
Due to the success of this event and the positive feedback received, Penn Libraries, Campus Health, and Penn Nursing agreed to host another guided virtual meditation during Finals Week.
