Covid-19 Library Guide – Vaccines

Coronavirus. CDC: Alissa Eckert, MSMI; Dan Higgins, MAMS. https://phil.cdc.gov/Details.aspx?pid=23311 2020.

Since COVID hit nearly a year ago, the staff at the Biomedical Library have developed and maintained a Covid-19 library guide that lists significant international, national, and regional websites focused on providing up-to-date, reliable information on the pandemic. In addition, the guide seeks to promote content developed by the Penn Community.

A ‘Visualizations/Media/Datasets’ tab that appears on the guide links to visualization tools, infographic resources and several open source datasets. An ‘Emerging Research’ tab provides access to canned lit searches and preprint (non-refereed) collections.

Recently, the staff have been developing a new “Vaccines” section of the guide. The section includes links to general information, national, regional, and local resources, and specific pharmaceutical sites. We are also collecting sites that focus on general vaccine safety information and news items that address vaccine hesitancy.
