Meet Subin: The Biomed Library Bioinformatics Intern

IMG_20180820_090959002Do you have NCBI database questions beyond PubMed?  Then meet Subin George, our Bioinformatics intern.  Subin, a graduate student pursuing a Professional Science Master’s degree in Bioinformatics at Temple University, joined the Biomedical Library team in June, 2018.

One of his main responsibilities at the Biomedical Library will be to provide workshops and consultations on the suite of NCBI databases. Moreover, Subin has plans to provide consultation services in Cytoscape, GraphPad Prism, and BioCyc in the near future.

If you have any questions regarding current or forthcoming bioinformatics services at the Biomedical Library — or if you’d like to schedule an NCBI database consultation — please contact Subin George at sgeo@pobox.upenn.edu, or his supervisor Manuel de la Cruz Gutiérrez at 215 746 2459/ dmanuel@pobox.upenn.edu.
